I utilize trauma-informed practice when working with clients. My therapeutic process focuses on creating strong rapport and drawing from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a strengths-based approach, and more. I believe that when providing support, it is important to empower people to embrace their life situations and create their own change. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with a minor in Psychology, from Aurora University. I continued my education at Aurora University and earned my master’s degree in Social Work.
