Therapeutic Approach: My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This integrative framework allows me to offer both practical, skills-based tools and deeper, values-driven work.
