Introduction

Hello! My name is Jessica Hayes, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Here at Metanoia, the spirit of transformation is at the heart of what I do. I created Metanoia Therapy as a space for people to explore change — not just in thought, but in how they live, feel, and connect. Therapy, to me, is where growth happens: where you can make sense of your story, build resilience, and learn to move through life with more clarity and confidence. I believe in empowering people to see that they’re capable of more than they often realize. My work blends compassion with evidence-based care, helping individuals navigate the changes they need to feel happier, healthier, and more at peace — even when life feels unpredictable or overwhelming. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a golden retriever mom, beach lover and foodie who finds joy in the simple, free things — like sunsets, laughter, and quiet moments with coffee. I bring that same grounded energy into my work, helping people feel supported as they navigate change. * Note* Fees listed below are for self-paying clients *Note* In-person appointments will be taken after March 1st
