After years as a performing artist, I learned that creativity, play, and being known are integral to our sense of well-being. I work with adults and older teens who may be feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them—whether that’s anxiety, overwhelming emotions, relationship struggles, or the lasting impact of past experiences. My approach is grounded in the belief that your responses make sense in the context of your life, and that creating a life worth living happens through connection, insight, and skill-building. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and attachment-based therapy. In our work together, we’ll focus both on understanding the “why” behind your experiences and developing practical tools to help you navigate your day-to-day life more effectively. Therapy with me is active, supportive, and paced in a way that feels right for you. I value authenticity, curiosity, and collaboration—we’ll work together to understand your story and move toward meaningful change. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
