I am a Licensed Social worker in Ohio, with experience in both outpatient and school-based counseling for children, adolescents, and families. I have experience working with children and adolescents ages 3-18, their families, and adults up to 30 years old. I support clients through a variety of techniques and specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment issues. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TF-CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and play therapy to fit the unique needs of my clients. Unequivocally, my goal is to help young people build resilience, strengthen their relationships, and develop their confidence. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University in Boston, where I had the privilege of training alongside skilled counselors and distinguished psychologists. This experience, along with several years of hands-on school-based and outpatient employment, has shaped my dedication for compassionate, evidence-based care. I approach therapy as a collaborative process - not necessarily provider-led - but rather as sharing a space and letting curiosity, compassion, and openness direct a session. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you or your child can explore, heal, and move toward lasting change. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, spending time with family, and bartering a deal at thrift stores. I love to travel, and my ideal day off from work would be laying on a beach with one of my favorite books in hand.
