I view therapy as a shared journey, guided by collaboration rather than directed solely by the provider. Within each session, I aim to cultivate curiosity, compassion, and openness as guiding principles. My role is to create a safe, supportive environment where you or your child can explore challenges, begin healing, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I often integrate psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TF-CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and play therapy to fit the unique needs of my clients. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University in Boston, where I had the privilege of training alongside experienced counselors and accomplished psychologists. These formative experiences, combined with several years of hands-on work in both school-based and outpatient settings, strengthened my dedication to providing evidenced-based care. I currently work with clients aged 3-30 with specializations in child therapy, parenting support, behavioral disorders, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide a warm, child-focused space while partnering with parents to nurture lasting positive change at home. Together, we will support your child’s growth and well-being.
