Hello my name Jessica. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and 6 years providing direct therapy to individuals and families. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence, and I take an eclectic, individualized approach to therapy. I believe healing happens best when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered—and I strive to create a therapeutic space that is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. In addition to my clinical work, I have served for several years as a Clinical Director at a substance use disorder treatment facility. This leadership experience has deepened my understanding of complex mental health needs, co-occurring disorders, and the importance of treating the whole person—not just symptoms. I am passionate about helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at their own pace. Whether you are processing past experiences, navigating anxiety or depression, or exploring your neurodivergent identity, you don’t have to do it alone.
