Jessica is a welcoming and caring therapist who believes firmly that the client is the expert in his or her life. She works alongside her clients to create a safe emotional space while helping them define and reach their clinical goals. Jessica's special areas of interest include helping both teen and adult women work through difficult life transitions as well as issues arising from codependent relationships and dysfunctional family patterns. She also enjoys working with marginalized populations and treating the needs of ACOA (Adult Children of Alcoholics). Jessica uses a unique blend of person-centered, Reality and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients achieve their goals. Jessica received her Bachelor's in Business from UNOH and her Master's degree in Mental Health from Bowling Green State University.
