Life's seasons can have a way of making us feel out of control, disconnected, or unsure of where to go next. During those times, many of us simply need someone on the road with us. Whether you are navigating mood related challenges, trauma, attachment wounds, relationship struggles, or life transitions, therapy can provide an opportunity to pause, reflect, and begin moving toward greater emotional well being. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe healing happens in connection. The relationships we have with ourselves and others often shape how we experience the world around us. Together, we can explore the experiences, patterns, and emotional responses that may be keeping you stuck while creating new opportunities for growth, understanding, and change. Working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families has given me a deep appreciation for the unique strengths people bring into the counseling process. I especially love working with tiny humans and supporting families as they navigate the joys and challenges that come with growth, change, and connection. My work is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and often incorporates attachment based and Emotionally Focused approaches. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop the tools needed to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. Therapy is not about being perfect. It is about becoming more present, more connected, and more intentional in the life you are creating. I am a Colorado native who runs on sunshine, yoga, coffee, and quality time with the people I love most. Outside of the office, you can usually find me spending time with my husband and family, chasing after both my human and furry babies, and soaking in the small moments that make life meaningful. No matter what season you find yourself in, you do not have to walk through it alone. I would be honored to join you on the journey as we work toward healing, connection, and emotional well being. You are never alone.
