Introduction

My work is rooted in the belief that therapy is not about fixing you, but about creating space to understand your internal world with more clarity and compassion. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feeling overwhelmed internally — managing anxiety, emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, or the lingering impact of difficult life experiences. In our work together, we slow things down and pay attention to what is happening beneath the surface. This might include patterns in relationships, the ways anxiety shows up in the body and mind, or the parts of yourself that feel in conflict with one another. I draw from an integrative approach, including EMDR, IFS, DBT, and trauma-informed care, to support healing in a way that is both structured and deeply human. I have experience working across inpatient, outpatient, community-based, and employer-supported mental health settings, which has shaped a broad and grounded understanding of how people navigate stress, trauma, and change in real life. At the core of my work is a steady, collaborative therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help you feel supported enough to explore difficult experiences, and empowered enough to begin relating to yourself and your life in new ways.
