If you're carrying shame, grief, or questions about identity, relationships, or sexuality that feel hard to put into words, you're not alone. I work with adults navigating shame and self-worth, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. The harder, quieter parts of your experience deserve just as much space as the parts that are easy to explain, and I’ll meet you here with curiosity, not judgment. Many of the struggles people bring to therapy are rooted in loss, especially the kind that goes unacknowledged. Life doesn't always unfold the way we imagined. Maybe you've lost someone who is still alive, whether to addiction, mental illness, or estrangement. Maybe you're grieving your health, a career that once defined you, or the life you were certain you'd have by now. These experiences, often called ambiguous grief, can feel isolating precisely because they don't fit the stories we're given about how loss is supposed to look or heal. My own path hasn't been a straight line, and I know firsthand what it's like to feel behind, stuck, or unsure of where you belong. That lived experience shapes how I show up, with warmth, humor when it fits, and a genuine belief in your capacity to grow. I provide affirming, sex-positive care and warmly welcome clients from the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. If you're looking for a therapist who values authenticity and is committed to meeting you exactly where you are, I'd love to hear from you. I am available via Telehealth and in-person (Los Gatos, CA). I also offer "Walk and Talk" sessions as an alternative to sitting in an office. Feel free to reach out and we can start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
