My education and training took place at California Institute of Integral Studies where I completed a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I returned to school looking to engage in work that took in the whole person after supporting program planning at the Jung Institute of San Francisco and working for a Buddhist and meditation teacher amongst other healing arts organizations. Prior to this journey I worked in creative and performing arts organizations in both San Francisco at the Fine Arts Museums and New York City at New York City Ballet. The thread of art, movement, symbol and story inform our lives in ways elemental to uncovering and discovering the self. My style of working is warm, interactive and collaborative. I work from an integrative lens incorporating relational, humanistic, psychodynamic perspectives along with mindful awareness. I offer sessions aimed at meeting you where you are in the present while also working towards hope and growth. I believe in supporting mind, body and spirit.
