I am passionate about assisting others to find their own path to health, happiness, and fulfillment. I understand that each individual comes equipped with their own unique set of strengths, attributes, challenges, and needs; and that supporting our clients encompasses using a holistic, multidimensional approach and meeting them where they’re at, with compassion and non-judgement, and with authentic connection. I have an undergraduate degree in human development and received my masters degree in social work from the University of Las Vegas Nevada, where I had the opportunity to work alongside adolescents and adults in multiple settings. Through my education, training, and own life experiences, I have grown to adapt a person-centered and strength-based approach, encompassing the need to address the past while also looking forward. I work collaboratively with clients on a diverse range of topics including trauma, domestic violence and relational dynamics, life transitions, mood and personality disorders, and substance use. I integrate evidence-based modalities including CBT, CPT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and Internal Family Systems, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of my clients. I believe that as we work to align our inner belief system with our outside presentation, we find deeper meaning and purpose, and the strength and support to persevere.
