Introduction

Choosing to talk about the challenges you’re facing is a powerful act of care for yourself and those around you. I believe that everyone, regardless of age or past experiences, has an innate capacity to grow, heal, and create change. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you tap into those natural strengths while supporting problem-solving, exploring options, and trying new approaches - free of judgment. I am a fully licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with experience supporting children, teens, adults, and couples. I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in the City of New York and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in American Sign Language from Boise State University. After relocating to Washington from New York in 2021, I received credentials as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) and a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) through the Washington State Department of Health. I have also completed additional training to become a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and am trained in EMDR. I am committed to providing services that are meaningful and truly beneficial, tailoring each person’s treatment to their individual needs and goals. If at any point it seems that my approach isn’t the best fit, that’s completely okay! I look forward to supporting you and your individualized needs.
