Introduction

Many people come to therapy feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or weighed down by the past. Others feel numb, stuck, or convinced things won’t ever change. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges from anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, to addiction, and more. My clients often have a history of trauma, high stress, or long-term struggles that have shaped how they see themselves and the world. Therapy with me is about cutting through that heaviness and getting to work, with evidence-based tools and real support that fits you. I specialize in trauma-informed, strengths-based care. I use a mix of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches tailored to your needs & goals. I’m also a Certified First Responder Counselor and have extensive experience supporting people in high-stress roles or those who’ve experienced repeated exposure to trauma. Therapy doesn’t have to be a last resort. It can be a powerful, proactive choice. Sometimes the biggest shift begins simply by starting therapy; that first step means you’re already choosing something different for yourself.
