I use a mix of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches tailored to your needs & goals. I’m also a Certified First Responder Counselor and have extensive experience supporting people in high-stress roles or those who’ve experienced repeated exposure to trauma. Therapy doesn’t have to be a last resort. It can be a powerful, proactive choice.
