I've spent over twenty years in mental health, and what keeps me coming back is the privilege of witnessing people reclaim their lives. I work with individuals and families across the lifespan—from children and teenagers to young adults and adults—addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, attachment concerns, and the unique stressors of blended families, burnout, and codependency. I'm also deeply committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and college students navigating mental health challenges. My approach draws from multiple evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), attachment-based work, and humanistic therapy—tailored to what each person needs. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly heard and empowered to make meaningful change. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, accept Highmark, Geisinger Health Plan, and Optum insurance, and I'm currently accepting new clients. Let's work together toward healing.
