Introduction

I'm passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults build the skills and confidence to thrive. As a Licensed Psychologist (LP), I specialize in therapy and psychological assessment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, OCD, and other developmental challenges. My approach is strengths-based and grounded in evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and executive function coaching. Drawing on experience across schools, healthcare settings, and diagnostic assessment, I work closely with families to understand each young person's unique strengths and needs. I believe meaningful change happens when children, caregivers, and professionals collaborate. By partnering with families and advocating for appropriate supports across home, school, and community, I help young people reach their potential. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois insurance.
