I have over 20 years of counseling experience beginning with my work as a social worker with at-risk youth at age 21. I have since worked in various settings including agencies, group practices, schools, homes, and communities with all age ranges. I deeply believe that therapy is an intimate journey into the self. I followed my own inner calling to become a therapist and am honored to be able to do this work. I have a firm belief that experiencing life, without developing your own meaning, being your most authentic self, and practicing presence daily is quite fruitless, joyless, and confusing. I believe therapy can help everyone move past their fears and get moving on their goals to live their version of their best life. I help and support my clients to find their own personal joy, empower themselves, and develop their own personal mantras. I help my clients unravel harmful patterns that are blocking them from their personal pursuits of happiness and a more balanced, authentic life. I operate from a holistic perspective. I actively address the holy trinity of total wellness (mind, body, and soul) while we co-create your goals for your therapeutic journey.
