My name is Jessica Mizrachi, and I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Florida. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University (NSU), and I am dedicated to supporting adults in navigating the complexities of life with authenticity, flexibility, and self-compassion. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life-transitions, perfectionism, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These modalities allow me to guide clients in building awareness of their experiences, fostering self-acceptance, and taking meaningful action toward their values.
