Do your anxious thoughts feel out of control? Despite your effort, you can't seem to quiet your mind. Do you have trouble separating your needs from the expectations of others? Is it difficult for you to end a dysfunctional relationship? Are most of your decisions based upon a fear of being rejected or disappointing others? Do you suspect that you’re holding back in most of your platonic and romantic relationships? You might worry that if you open up to others, you'll be a burden. Or maybe you don't have anyone to rely on for support. Either way, your desire to maintain control is wearing you down. Therapy can be a great opportunity to: Reduce anxiety, gain insight to change unhealthy habits, heal from unprocessed trauma, clarify personal values, and face fears that keep you trapped in dysfunctional relationships with others. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with attachment research to provide a treatment plan that’s unique to each client. I help adults, couples, and teens learn how to manage their anxiety, reclaim their lives after trauma, and enjoy healthier platonic and romantic relationships. I also specialize in helping people recover from high control groups and postpartum depression/anxiety. You don't have to figure it out on your own. Reach out to set up a free consultation.
