Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT, CMAT) in Columbus, Ohio. I work with adults struggling with compulsive sexual behavior, pornography addiction, complex trauma, financial disorders, and relationship conflict. Early sessions are focused on getting clear on what's actually going on and stopping the behaviors that brought you here. From there we begin to connect the dots, helping us develop a path toward repair and healing. I have over 17 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, compulsive behaviors, relationship challenges, and difficulties related to intimacy and money. My style is direct, collaborative, and nonjudgemental. I combine my curiosity with a realistic approach to change, helping clients identify strategies that align with their lives, value, and goals.
