Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT, CMAT) in Columbus, Ohio. I work with adults struggling with compulsive sexual behavior, including pornography use and infidelity, through both individual therapy and structured early recovery groups. Early work focuses on stopping the behavior, strengthening emotional stability, bringing clarity to patterns, and restoring a sense of choice and control. As treatment continues, we address the emotional and relational drivers beneath the behavior and work toward building a healthier relationship with self and sexuality.
