Hi, I’m Jessica Ncube, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Qualified Supervisor, and founder of Monarch Behavioral Health. For more than 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate some of life’s most difficult seasons. I believe therapy should be a space where you can take off the mask, exhale, and be honest about what’s really going on—without judgment. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, women’s issues, parenting, and the emotional weight of simply trying to hold everything together. My approach is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. I’ll meet you with compassion, but I’ll also challenge you when needed. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking through what happened; it’s about understanding the patterns that keep showing up, developing healthier ways of responding, and creating meaningful change in your everyday life. As a therapist, I understand that people are more than a diagnosis or a difficult chapter in their story. Life can be complicated, relationships can be messy, and sometimes even the strongest people need a safe place to sort through it all. You don’t have to arrive at therapy knowing exactly what you need or having the right words to explain how you feel. We can figure that out together. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: your circumstances may be part of your story, but they don’t have to determine how the story ends. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, recognize your strengths, communicate more effectively, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
