Jessica Marie Obaña, LCSW Healing happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the stories that shape our lives. At emrg collaborative therapy, I believe therapy is a collaborative process that creates space for healing, reflection, and growth. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, experiencing overwhelming stress, or seeking support through life's challenges, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your coping strategies, build upon your resilience, and navigate life's complexities with greater confidence and support. With more than 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, life transitions, burnout, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. I also have extensive experience in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, suicide postvention, and clinical case management, providing both emotional support and practical strategies to help people move through life's most difficult moments. I work with diverse communities and specialize in supporting Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities, including Filipino individuals and Veterans, as well as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) navigating race-based stress, trauma, discrimination, and systemic inequities. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where every person feels respected, understood, and empowered. In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision for ASWs, APCCs, and AMFTs, as well as professional consultation and community education through workshops, support groups, and presentations. I provide secure telehealth therapy throughout California and New York. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, experiencing a crisis, or simply looking for support, you don't have to navigate it alone. I'd be honored to support you.
