Jessica believes in fostering a therapeutic relationship based on radical acceptance, trust, and meeting her clients where they are to create a connected partnership. Holding an empathetic safe space in which every client can process uniquely is of great importance to her. Jessica practices using an eclectic approach and relies on many evidence-based psychotherapy techniques. Her work is trauma informed and she specializes in providing focused therapy sessions with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Jessica is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Social Work, and earned a Bachelor of Science in History with a Minor in Professional Writing from Kennesaw State University.
