Maybe you're tired of the voice in your head that says you're never enough, or you've noticed you react to things in ways that don't make sense, until you look at where you've been. I'm a trauma-informed therapist who helps people understand how their past shows up in their present, and then build real, practical tools for calming the body and treating themselves with more kindness. I work with patients from all walks of life including people living with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief, and complicated family histories. You won't be judged here. We'll go at a pace that feels safe, celebrate small wins, and focus on changes you can actually make in your everyday life.
