Jessica Perusse, LCSW-R, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. She is the founder and Clinical Director of Come to the Table Counseling, PLLC, where she is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Jessica is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. She specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, substance use concerns, Veterans and first responders, and stress-related challenges. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices with a strengths-based, person-centered perspective, helping clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. Christian counseling is also available on request.
