If you find yourself feeling on edge, emotionally numb, trapped in cycles that no longer serve you, or carrying the weight of past experiences, therapy can be a place to pause and begin healing. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques.
