Introduction

***Due to very high referral volume, I am temporarily NOT accepting new clients*** I am committed to working with adolescents and adults to meet their goals and create lives that feel safe and fulfilled. For many, existing in a space of surviving is the everyday. I am here to work with and support you as you move out of survival and towards THRIVING. Clinically, I work from a place that both honors and is informed by my clients' experiences of trauma and oppression. I believe that, both, past trauma and intersections of oppression impact the way we move through the world and the challenges we face. I combine my experience in trauma and antiracist work with a deep belief that each and every person knows themselves and has the capacity to grow, learn, and to strive towards meaningful lives and relationships. I have experience treating adults and adolescents with histories of trauma, depression, anxiety, oppression, and chronic suicidal ideation. If you are ready to explore what is important to you, what is blocking you from beginning to heal, and what you may need to move forward, please reach out. I am eager to walk with you in your growth and I look forward to challenging and supporting you, from within a safe and trusting relationship that both sees and honors your innate resilience.
