I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the Chicago area, primarily practicing the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model as a Level 1 trained therapist. This approach seeks to understand the many different parts or aspects of ourselves that make us who we are in order to restore internal harmony, gain a sense of clarity, and navigate the challenges we face in daily life with confidence and purpose. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Dominican University. My practice of social work has been broad range of work spanning adolescent development and leadership to alleviating poverty and expanding education internationally in India, Burkina Faso, Haiti, Malawi and Nicaragua. My individual practice focuses on depression and anxiety issues, relationship building, and identity related work. I also have training in fertility and perinatal issues.
