Introduction

I'm a licensed professional counselor in Virginia and North Carolina offering virtual therapy for adults. I bring a special passion to working with veterans, the Latino/a community—I'm a Spanish-speaking therapist—and anyone navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, or ADHD. My integrative approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, and somatic techniques, tailored to what works best for you. I'm committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard and supported as you work through life's challenges. Whether you're processing trauma, managing a mood disorder, or simply feeling stuck, I believe healing happens when you know you're not alone. I accept a wide range of insurance plans, including VA benefits and TRICARE, and I'm currently accepting new clients for telehealth sessions. Let's work together to help you move forward.
