Introduction

I’m the owner of Veritas Pathway Counseling, PLLC, a solo practice offering virtual therapy for adults in Virginia and North Carolina. As a Spanish-speaking licensed professional counselor, I have a particular passion for supporting veterans, the Latino/a community, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD. My collaborative, integrative approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic techniques, tailored to your needs. Whether you’re processing trauma or feeling stuck, I offer a welcoming space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward. I’m currently accepting new clients, accept a range of insurance plans, and offer booking through SimplePractice, Headway and Grow Therapy.
