Sometimes life shifts beneath us, leaving us unsure of who we are or what comes next. I work with adults navigating relationships, trauma, grief, self-worth, identity, family and cultural influences, and major life transitions. I’m especially drawn to women’s issues, young adulthood, midlife, and aging. With an MBA and over 20 years in healthcare administration, I understand the pressures faced by business leaders and healthcare professionals. I’m also passionate about animals, actively involved in rescue, and value supporting veterinary and rescue professionals who carry the emotional weight of caring for them. I’m curious about the experiences that shape who we become, our relationships, families, culture, losses, and what we’ve lived through. My approach is relational, attachment-focused, and collaborative, drawing from EFT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and trauma-informed care. Together, we work toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe good therapy should feel human. There is room for grief, vulnerability, and hard conversations, but also humor, curiosity, connection, and hope. Outside of therapy, I enjoy family, friends, dogs, animal rescue, traveling, gardening, yoga, being outdoors, and a good book. If this feels like the right fit, I’d be honored to work with you.
