Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to carry it all on your own. You may feel stuck, exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or weighed down by experiences that are difficult to make sense of. Whatever has brought you here, you deserve a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Healing doesn’t mean having all the answers. It begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, helping you find hope, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll create an approach that fits your unique needs, combining practical tools with deeper exploration to help you move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, addiction, or parenting challenges, my goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and empowered as we work toward meaningful, lasting change. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, creating a space where you can feel understood, accepted, and free to be yourself. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you move toward greater peace, resilience, and a life that feels more fulfilling. My approach is informed by training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), allowing me to blend practical strategies with deeper healing to meet your unique needs. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an elementary school teacher, a Health Information Specialist, and a tax preparer while raising seven sons. These experiences have shaped my understanding of resilience, growth, and the many challenges people face. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy training for age-group World Championship marathons, where I’m reminded that lasting change happens one step at a time.
