Jessica provides compassionate care to women 18 to 55 years of age who feel stuck in their life. She works with individuals who have a history of abuse, are experiencing life transitions, experience poor self-concept, want to improve their interpersonal skills, and desire to expand their coping skills toolbox. Jessica also works with children who struggle with interpersonal skills at school and home. Early intervention is important to lay a foundation for lifelong happiness and success. She helps children develop a healthy identity that builds resilience. Jessica's background in health science drew her to the neuroscience aspect of today’s therapeutic practices. The neuroplasticity of the brain is woven into every modality Jessica uses with her clients: attachment-focused; cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); interpersonal process; motivational interviewing (MI); and play therapy. Jessica’s counseling expertise with women and children is in private practice and intensive outpatient settings. Please note that Jessica does not work with men.
