I'm a third-generation therapist drawn to the power of one-on-one connection, something I discovered while teaching literature and composition at the university level. After earning master's degrees in both literature and marriage and family therapy from Seattle Pacific University, I realized my true calling was deeper relational work. I believe relationships are the stories of our lives, shaping who we become. My approach is holistic and client-centered, grounded in systems thinking and a focus on your strengths, potential, and self-discovery. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, infidelity, family conflict, major life transitions, or relationship challenges—as an individual, couple, or family—I'm here to create a safe, non-judgmental space for genuine growth. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders, drawing on evidence-based approaches including DBT, the Gottman Method, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. I'm currently accepting new clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions. I'm honored to walk alongside you as you explore what makes life personally meaningful.
