I was born in upstate New York and raised in northern New Jersey, and I’ve never been the “typical” therapist. You won’t just hear me ask, “How does that make you feel?” My style is active, engaging, and empowering. I challenge my clients with compassion and honesty, guiding them to discover their own strength and resilience. From a young age, I knew helping others was my calling. In high school, I served as president of a peer-support group, offering encouragement to students struggling with bullying or difficult situations at home. That early passion has grown into a lifelong commitment to supporting people through meaningful change. Today, as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I bring years of experience and a deep dedication to helping clients move forward. Through clear, collaborative communication, I work with individuals to identify what’s holding them back and help them create real, lasting change. Using a strength-based, multi-systems approach, I support adolescents, families, couples, and individuals in building coping skills, confidence, self-trust, communication, and self-esteem—all while fostering a greater sense of safety and balance. My ultimate goal is to help every client cultivate deeper self-understanding and love, strengthen their relationships, and grow into the fullest version of themselves.
