Maybe you’ve spent so much time being there for everyone else that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to be cared for, too. Hi, I’m Jessica Youssef, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that therapy should be a space to come home to yourself. A space where you feel safe enough to nurture your inner child and the parts of you that are ready to grow. I hold space for individuals, couples, families, teens, and children to slow down and make sense of their stories with gentleness, genuine care, and a touch of humor because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. As an Arab-American therapist and fluent Arabic speaker, I bring a culturally sensitive lens to my work, honoring how identity, upbringing, and lived experience shape the way we move through the world. At the heart of my work is a humanistic, person-centered approach. No matter the modality, I lead with warmth and empathy, meeting you where you are. I look at how your relationships and environment all shape your current and past experiences. If you’re carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, love and loss, self-doubt, or life’s many transitions, being here means you’ve already begun your journey. Healing begins the moment you choose yourself.
