Introduction

*accepting new clients* My clients come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or not good enough beneath the surface, even though they appear capable and high-functioning. They often struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship stress, or major life transitions. They want to understand why they react the way they do and learn tools to respond differently. Ultimately, they want to feel confident, grounded, and secure in themselves and their relationships. I offer tools from IFS, DBT, and DBT modalities to help my clients with all of these concerns. I help adults who feel stretched thin, emotionally reactive, or disconnected from themselves create meaningful change. My work blends insight-oriented therapy with practical strategies to shift unhelpful patterns, strengthen boundaries, and improve communication. The goal is lasting growth—not just short-term coping. If you’re tired of carrying it all on your own or repeating patterns that leave you discouraged, therapy can be a place to pause and reset. Change doesn’t require you to become someone else—it starts with understanding yourself differently. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we will empower you to cultivate a greater sense of well-being.
