I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as you are. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, and the ways stress shows up in your body. I'm particularly drawn to the mind-body connection, understanding how your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and physical experiences interact. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and somatic interventions. Many of my clients have spent years prioritizing everyone else's needs, and therapy becomes an opportunity to slow down, explore those patterns, and develop a relationship with yourself grounded in self-compassion and authenticity. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I want to understand what your experiences are communicating and help you develop deeper self-understanding. You don't need to have everything figured out before we start, we can begin wherever you are. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer telehealth sessions through several major insurers.
