I am an Associate Marriage Family Therapist. I provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy to clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I conduct biopsychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and family systems interventions. I facilitate psychoeducation and skill-building to promote emotional regulation, communication, coping, and resilience. I collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and community agencies to coordinate comprehensive client care. I maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards. I foster culturally responsive, inclusive, and client-centered care for individuals and families from diverse backgrounds while monitoring client progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and modify interventions based on clinical needs.
