I hold many roles in my life: mom, wife, eldest daughter, and friend, and I recognize that these parts of me may show up in our work together. My goal is to create a space where every part of you feels welcome. I believe every emotion deserves a place in therapy, and together we will explore them, whether that means laughing, crying, or sitting in silence. I enjoy working with clients who are entering a new chapter or feeling stuck in their current one. Whether you’re navigating parenthood, adulthood, or another transition, we’ll explore this stage together and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I also support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and certain personality disorders. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in North Carolina with extensive training in trauma and perinatal mood disorders. I believe therapy should be personalized, so I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs while drawing from CBT, DBT, and Attachment-Based Therapy. Therapy can feel intimidating or out of reach, but it doesn’t have to be. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable connecting with a real person. Clients often describe me as authentic, warm, relatable, and witty. I am available virtual in all of NC and in-person in Charlotte, NC
