"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." - Carl Jung I specialize in inner child work—gently reconnecting with the tender, wounded parts of yourself that may have been abandoned or hurt long ago, offering them the compassion and safety they deserve. My practice is grounded in Depth Psychology which means instead of looking at your surface-level symptoms/concerns, we will dig into the deeper layers of you to help you become more self-aware. More self-awareness to those deeper parts creates lasting change instead of a quick fix. My work with couples in therapy centers around this as well. I also specialize in grief - helping adults navigate loss (death, divorce, job, relationship, etc.) honoring what was, and finding meaning and renewal in the midst of the deep pain of loss. I believe real healing happens in a safe, trusting relationship—where you feel truly seen, met without judgment, and gently accompanied as we explore your unconscious world together with curiosity and care: reparenting your younger self, holding space for grief to transform, and integrating hidden pieces into greater wholeness. I work with adults, couples and families. I am educated and trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, The Gottman Couples Method, David Kessler Grief Therapy and more. I have two adult daughters and five grandchildren. When I’m not working, you will find me spending time with my family, playing outside or reading a good book.
