Hi, I’m Dr. Jill Boutté, a Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D.) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience helping infants, young children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate emotional, behavioral, developmental, and learning challenges. I have specialized training in Infant Mental Health, which focuses on strengthening the relationships between young children and their caregivers. I work with parents of infants and toddlers to address concerns related to attachment, emotional regulation, behavior, developmental transitions, traumatic experiences, and early childhood challenges. I also support caregivers in understanding how their own experiences and stress can impact parenting and family relationships. In addition to early childhood work, I specialize in helping children, teens, and families with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, executive functioning difficulties, mood concerns, behavioral challenges, trauma, and school-related stress. I provide parent coaching and family support to help caregivers develop practical strategies that improve functioning at home, school, and in relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, parent training, mindfulness, attachment-based interventions, and executive functioning strategies to help individuals and families build lasting skills and confidence. I also have extensive experience conducting comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to assess ADHD, learning disorders, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, mood disorders, and diagnostic clarification. I am currently completing postdoctoral training focused specifically on psychological assessment and testing. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
