Many people I work with appear to be managing everything on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns of overthinking and self-doubt. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, process difficult emotions, and develop practical tools to cope more effectively. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, I help clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, health anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, infertility, and chronic illness. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, emotionally healthier, and more like themselves again.
