Introduction

You’ve been carrying a lot—expectations, shifting roles, the pressure to hold everything together, or the quiet sense that you’ve lost touch with who you are becoming. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, exploring identity, healing from past experiences, or trying to reconnect with your sense of purpose, you deserve a space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel supported. I take a deeply person‑centered and collaborative approach to therapy. I don’t position myself as the expert on your life—my role is to create a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what matters most to you and move toward the changes you want. My work supports autonomy, curiosity, and self‑understanding, helping you reconnect with your own clarity and inner resources rather than fitting you into diagnostic labels As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring lived experience and a deeply affirming lens to my work with clients exploring identity, belonging, and life transitions. Many of my clients are LGBTQIA+, questioning, or navigating identity shifts — and my practice is equally welcoming to anyone seeking a grounded, authentic relationship with themselves. I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and gentle CBT‑informed practices to help you explore your inner world, understand old stories, and build a more steady, compassionate relationship with yourself. Clients often come to me during periods of transition—retirement, career shifts, identity exploration, relationship changes, or moments when life feels unfamiliar. Together, we’ll explore what’s shifting, what’s emerging, and what you want to carry forward. My goal is to help you feel more connected, more resourced, and more aligned with the life you want to live. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I’d love to meet you. Reach out for a free 15‑minute consultation so we can explore whether we’re a good fit.
