I offer person-centered therapy grounded in compassion, insight, and the belief that we all carry the capacity to heal and grow. My clients are navigating transitions—menopause, parenting shifts, career changes, coming out, or questioning long held beliefs. Many are educators facing burnout or emotional fatigue. These shifts often stir anxiety or a sense of being stuck, even when life looks “fine” on the outside. My clients aren’t necessarily in crisis—they’re curious, reflective, and ready to reclaim parts of themselves that have been quiet for too long. With 28 years in education, I bring deep insight into the realities of school systems. My practice is built for educators—teachers, counselors, administrators, and paraeducators—who are burned out, overwhelmed, or simply craving a space to breathe. You won’t need to explain the acronyms or justify your your exhaustion. I’ve walked those halls. I offer an integrative approach that blends emotional insight, values exploration, and practical tools. Let this be the space where you reconnect with your authentic self and move forward with intention. If any part of this resonates, I invite you to reach out and see if I’m the right person to support you on your journey. I reserve a number of sliding scale spots for clients navigating financial stress or limited resources. These are offered through Open Path Collective. Please use the link above to make an appointment directly or contact me for a free 15 minute consultation to see if I am the right person to help you on your journey.
