Introduction

II'm Jill, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I work under the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy with a fully licensed supervisor. I bring nearly fifteen years of prior work as a somatic practitioner and yoga teacher to my clinical practice. I work with high-achieving women in midlife who feel numb at a threshold moment, and with teen girls exploring who they are. My approach is depth-oriented and somatic, the kind of slow, felt work where numbness gives way to presence. If that resonates, I'd love to talk.
