Introduction

I've spent over 25 years helping people navigate life's biggest transitions—career shifts, relationship changes, parenting challenges, and everything in between. As a Clinical Social Worker, I work collaboratively with adults to address anxiety, depression, and the stress that often accompanies major life changes. Whether you're adjusting to a new chapter, managing work stress, strengthening your relationship, or simply feeling stuck, I draw on multiple evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to meet you where you are. I also work with couples navigating relationship dynamics and individuals managing caregiver responsibilities or blended family complexities. All sessions are conducted via telehealth, and I'm currently accepting new clients. I work with most major insurance plans as well as out-of-pocket arrangements. I'd welcome the chance to support you through whatever brought you here.
