As a clinical trainee with over 20 years of experience in mental health and social work, I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, identity, and life transitions. My background includes extensive work in school social work, adoption, and child protection, supporting children and families through complex emotional and systemic challenges. I integrate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy with holistic wellness strategies and, when appropriate, Christian faith integration. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal and grow. I offer virtual therapy for adolescents, young adults, and families. *Services provided by Jill Tallents, LGSW, are supervised by an LICSW as part of licensure requirements through the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
