Introduction

As a licensed clinical social worker, my primary goal is to foster a safe and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. My name is Jill Yeates, LCSW-BACS. I have over 20 years of social work experience. I am EMDRIA Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), trained in Brainspotting and typically work from a Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused perspective. I am passionate in working with individuals wanting to improve their lives and relationships. I believe in the importance of having a safe place to explore our inner most selves. Self-sabotaging beliefs can affect our ability to love ourselves, preventing one from becoming one's best self. In my practice, I strive to help clients overcome trauma, hurt, & old belief systems with the goal of helping one find contentment and peace within themselves.
